Same goes for the buttons, i have the same buttons loaded by default for my rudders although these don't have buttons. Have you tried to clear game flight mode checkbox in the gameplay tab,and the game avionics checkbox in the misc tab. Tabs are located in options(click the gear head in the upper left corner of the games main screen).Also clear rudder category.Rudder has weird defaults in all modules and same axis as throttle(if i recall correctly).
