TM Warthog Gimbal and Base (No Stick)

Ive had my Warthog a few years but I'm not a heavy user - working fully, comes with the gimbal and base.

The gimbal suffers from the stiction issue most Warthog's see once in their life. I followed a guide, pulled the gimbal to bits, sanded the plastic injection marks using 1500 grit sandpaper and lubricated everything with Molykote EM-30L but it hasn't made much of a difference. I'm sure someone smarter than me can get it running factory smooth again.

A screw went to Narnia while I was reassembling the gimbal (pictured), there are 7 others holding everything together so it doesn't seem to be an issue.
