Limaro
Hi there, I would like to hear opinions from people which eventually tried already both setups from the title. I already have a TrackIR. Now, I'd like to get an Idea of what would be "better": ::: Having three Screens with 27 inches, or maybe better a larger 32 inch screen with 4k resolution? (Unfortunately my Computer and my wallet would not afford three 4k screens ) Limaro Windows 11 Pro 64Bit - AMD Ryzen 5800X3D - AMD 6900 XT - 64 GB RAM VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Throttle, VPC WarBRD Base, VPC MongoosT-50CM2 Grip
Thick8
I had a 55” FHD that I replaced with a 50” UHD. Less FOV, greater resolution. Kind of a wash. Then I swapped out for 3 40” FHD screens. Tried them in both horizontal and vertical orientation. Settled on horizontal for the HFOV which was great with headtracking. When the Samsung Odyssey cam out I got that. 2 weeks later I sold all my screens and disassembled my pit. You just have to pick what is most important to you. For me the immersion increase with a greater FOV is more important than resolution. I’m have an Odyssey+ now and am just waiting for Samsung’s next offering. Limaro
What do you all control over the VR ? Does it provide enough resolution to recognize things in the air and on the ground?
