The tanker version of DC-10 USAF used was just KC-10 Extender , a contents of Military Aircraft Mod (title of this topic) , isn't it ? As once I wrote, CAM's DC-10 and MAM's KC-10 might be born from the same 3d model and share the compatible UV mapping. And seeing that even the CJS Superbug Tanker, which is very much alive and actively supported, still has similar issues, I doubt this could be resolved by modders alone. There are fairly extensive Lua comments throughout. These also include some aircraft lighting tweaks, too. As usual, I don't offer support so please don't ask. I cannot explain them in correct English words ... umm ... the root of the problem is on official terrain modules. Their current airbases / airports don't allow historical wing_span X length large aircrafts spawning on or taxing-into ramps even allowed IRL. ED official largest AI airplanes are B-52 ; 56.4 meters wing_span X 48.5 meters length and Tu-160 ; 55.7 meters wing_span X 54.1 meters length. ED and 3rd party terrain developers don't assume to prepare parking slots (in their internal logical parameters) for over 60 meters W X over 60 meters L size airplanes. When we use mission editor, almost all terrains' all airbases / airports refuse ramp start waypoint or taxing-into any ramps for C-5M with historical dimension values. User made missions or RAT-MOOSE scripts made in old dimension values will be bugged with new historical dimension values. Similar result maybe also about historical dimensions A380 / B747 / A330 in CAM. I want to see large mod aircrafts ramp start / taxi-in scenes. Maybe they'll fix it/account for it it in a near-future patch. If this affects you, as @western_JPN alludes to, just hand-jam a dimension fix. 2 1
