[LATER IN EARLY ACCESS] DN LOCK REL not allowing LG handle to lower without power

With power off or battery or main power (without engine or external power) if DN LOCK REL is pressed it is possible to raise the LG handle as expected. Once raised the LG handle cannot be lowered (without power) with the use of DN LOCK REL mechanism.
