[FIXING] Up and down Trim Binds seem inverted

Fine on this end. Using a warthog .. default trim bindings were fine.

Found the same, Trim UP = trim hat UP i.e. Pitch Down

tried and cannot reproduce

now

1. trim up is hat up -> nose down

2. trim down is hat down -> nose up

You guys are both right! It's the description in the controls menu that needs updating.

 

The controls read S6 Down: Trim Down and S6 Up: Trim Up. If they read S6 Down: Trim Up and S6 Up: Trim Down, then there would be no confusion.

Same, I had to reverse mine from what I'm used to.

 

Down normally moves the nose up

Up normally moves the nose down

 

Currently:

 

Down moves the nose down

Up moves the nose up

 

 

Yes, like in Wag's settings video...and in most aircraft I've flown, the Trim is always down for nose up and up for nose down...think of it as a controls extension to your stick.

TDC up/down axis also appears to be inverted.

I don't do any trimming for landing. It naturally wants to keep the FPM around the top of the E-bracket, then I flare to "on-speed" for landing like I would in the Viper.
