Radar Antenna Elevation not spring centered on analog sticks.

Is it possible to make the Radar Antenna Elevation in Axis commands like the one in the Hornet?

 

I use a analog stick to control the elevation on the Hornet and it works well, but when I assign the same analog stick to the antenna elevation on the F16 it will return to neutral position (don't know if it's how it's called, but it will return the antenna to the middle) everytime I release it.

 

In the hornet once I release the analog stick it the elevation will remain.

 

I know it's not realistic, but it's useful.
