Dobber switch (+/,/- switch) on UFC is missing key bindings

Also, the 4 dials on the UFC do not have key or axes bindings as well. Would it be possible to add in both key and axes bindings for the 4 dials so that cockpit builders can bind them to joystick axes?

this mapping seems to have been missed out in latest patch. also missing is the

 

cartridge insert/eject

fantastic work on the updates DEKA, but just highlighting a couple of important mappings which are missing
