I've never experienced issues with radar screen myself. Selecting the English cockpit fixes it but negates all that time spent learning the Cyrillic alphabet. First, come on learning Cyrillic is super easy the main pitfall is that и & н are opposite of what is intuitive for someone more familiar with the Latin alphabet. Second try a clean and repair. My clean-cockpit glass mod broke when the Radar screen was updated and a clean, repair & setting the default cockpit fixed it.

Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!
