If I understand correctly, the campaign provides RU/EN language option for both voiceovers and subtitles, but how can I set/control these options? When I start the campaign, the "settings" window is mostly greayed-out / inactive. I'd like to have RU voiceovers with EN subtitles (like in default training missions for L-39), right now both seem to be set to EN by default. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.
