So it shouldn’t really change anything for this product since it is above €22 and was already getting taxed on import. Please correct me if I am wrong. I really want one too. Yes, I sent to Germany. No problems. I do not ship by DHL, they require a lot of shipping documents for customs. I send Russian posts by courier delivery service EMC. This is the safest and easiest way to send. I indicate the minimum allowable amount of the value of 100 rubles= 1.2 Euro. I do not know the laws and customs regulations of France. The recipient decides all the issues with customs on his own. This is my condition for sending the device. I have been using it for more than 3 years now and everything goes smoothly, both with and without a puff. You can remove the top cover and take a close-up photo of the mechanic from above.
