Not at the moment .. I want to do one for unguided Bombs & Rockets, making use of Ciribob's Range Script and Snoopy's Range Objects.

Hi, Thank you both for your kind words .. I really enjoy editing these missions, as they are an incentive for me to learn the Jeff in much more detail than it would be otherwise.

 

I’m now struggling to edit an Air-Air Refueling training, as the trigger system of DCS is a bit limited and I don’t know how to program scripts, so they are not an alternative for me. But I’m learning a lot while trying to overcome these limitations :)

In video at around 1:07 it says to to check automatic take off trim (P circle) is filled and not hollow.

 

In video it's hollow, and I also always have it hollow during my pre-take off. How does one turn it on?

You can't turn it on :( This is a bug and I reported it on January, but unfortunately no one from Deka has acknowledged it:

That's the T/O auto-trim indicator. It turns on when you reach ~108kts down the runway to assist during takeoffs.

 

If FCS is in AA mode, it automatically rotates the plane. Some slight backstick pressure may be needed to help the FCS lift the nose, especially if you're heavy.

 

In AG1/2, auto-rotation is disabled and FCS acts as a dampner and stabilizer to assist in t/o ration. Backstick pressure is needed to take off in this mode.

I don't want to redo the mission, as I still have hope that Deka will fix this.

The P indicator only turns on when you reach 108 knots. That indicates that the FCS takeoff assist is engaged for whatever mode is selected:

 

Auto-Rotate for AA.

 

Pitch stabilization for AG1/2.

That’s not how it should work ... deka’s manual says:

 

"2.3.4 Pre-taxi Checklist

1. HUD and three MFDs works normal. Avionics switch to NAV mode.

2. MFD’s FCS page, “P” is solid circle."

 

Pre-taxi ... not down the runway at 108 knots :)

Yes, that is how it is working now .. but DEKA's manual says that the P circle should be filled while the aircraft is still doing its pre-taxi tests, which currently isn't happening. So, to me, it is a bug.

GB-6 mission seems to be bugged for me.

It worked flawlessly when it just came out, but now it does nothing once you proceed to the CNTL. Tutorial says to go to CNTL page, I go there, but it does nothing.

Probably ED's update broke the mission...

When I play the mission nothing happens when I press the CNTL button (2:21 mark in video). I press the button, the text box stays the same, and mission doesn't proceed...

Very strange...
