Ballz2DaWallz Posted December 11, 2007 Posted December 11, 2007 Hey, I am having trouble and was wondering if any1 else might know of this problem or have had it themselves. I recently installed Flaming Cliffs and updated starforce. I then attempted to start the game but it did not work so I downloaded the Patch v1.12 for FC. Now when I try to start FC, the screen blinks to black a few times, then returns to my normal desktop, but with the LOCK ON icon on the bottom left of the bar. When i click the icon (in an attempt to open up the game window) the screen goes completely black except for a seemingly magnified white mouse arrow which I can move around on the black screen. Other than mouse movement, my computer now seems to be frozen... the only way to get back to my desktop is to hardcrash, or restart my computer with ctrl+alt+delete. I am obviously very frustrated with this problem so if any1 knows anything about it please :helpsmilie: me. I would appreciate it.

DCS Wishlist: 1) FIX THE DAMN RIVERS!!! 2) Spherical or cylindrical panorama view projection. 3) Enhanced input options (action upon button release, etc). 4) Aircraft flight parameter dump upon exit (stick posn, attitude, rates, accel, control volume, control-surface positions, SAS bias, etc). 5) ADS-33 maneuver courses as static objects. 6) Exposed API or exports of trim position and stick force for custom controllers. 7) Select auto multiple audio devices
Ballz2DaWallz Posted December 12, 2007 Author Posted December 12, 2007 Ok KEWL :thumbup: k yeh i just got it working, apparently i had to recheck the run as administrator thingy.... yeh im dumb i know but thanks for the suggestions guys!!!
