Ok when it comes out, it will be missing patches that will come next update, and other secret sauces on him. 😄
Right now depending on which livery you fly there are 3 different versions; You have the "Olive Drab", "Desert", and "Pumba" Styles.

I hope you guys like him.

If it's anywhere near the M-2000C pilot, it will be a blast 🤩

Best VR pilot right now !

Pilot's looking good, great work! And the head shadow is much appreciated.

No pilot body here yet. Toggling pilot body on/off doesn't show any results, either.

Open Beta Update yesterday [Right Shift P]

Everyone thanks and Happy Holidays, be safe.
Will be adding more features to it, something I don't think people have noticed, right now the G Suit inflates, subtle effect,  noticeable if you are looking for it. This will also go for the M-2000C Pilot in the future too.

+100 for above comments, RAZBAM your pilot body looks fantastic in VR. Thanks for the work you guy's put into it, awesome.

Also to have the Harrier taxi under Idle power with the nozzles aft is a great addition too, small detail but 100% accurate. I can assure you this is correct behaviour for any Harrier version. I had the opportunity to taxi several Sea Harrier FRS1's IRL whilst in the RAF following ground runs on the tie-down pan, if the nose wheel got stuck on the front plate tie-down point. While we were doing the ground run it was easier to just put the nozzles aft and release the parking brake and off she came. Happy days.... I'll check out the g-suit inflation next flight! 🙂

Harrier is getting better and better all the time.

Not a fan of pilot body in VR.  Looks great, but feels like he's right in my chin.  Also there's a bit of double vision when looking down towards the pedestal switches.

It does look cool.

One suggestion might be to link the clickable "Stick and Throttle" to hide all when clicked.  I noticed that with Pilot Body on I couldn't hide the stick and throttle with mouse click, and no mouse click (that I could find)for Pilot Body.

For me the Pilot body is an Absolute must in VR and the Razbam pilots are just the best.

+ 1 on the airframe rolling as soon as you push the nozzles back, a very nice touch.

My favourite jet aircraft in DCS gets better.

HP G2 Reverb, Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate as standard. OpenXR user, Open XR tool kit disabled. Open XR was a massive upgrade for me.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), 0 X MSAA, 0 X SSAA. My real IPD is 64.5mm. Prescription VROptition lenses installed. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC at the mo. MT user  (2 - 5 fps gain). DCS run at 60Hz.

Vaicom user. Thrustmaster warthog user. MFG pedals with damper upgrade.... and what an upgrade! Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height with brail enhancements to ensure 100% button activation in VR.. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound.... you know when you are dropping into VRS with this bad boy.

Yep, that's my feeling too in M-2000C.

Just shift your head back while looking straight ahead, and hit VR reset command (or Numpad 5).

Then it's ok, when I look down I feel like wearing the flight suit 😄

I already tried this yesterday and again this morning. It works in the menu but still no joy when in the cockpit.😢

Oh, and I'm on the latest Beta.

Yeah, same issue. No pilot body when using the keybind.... Checked as functional in the controls setup..... Are we missing something?

If you start a flight and press RIGHT SHIFT P, nothing happens you didn't get an update.
Or you got issues with the install and would recommend to remove and add it again.

DCS 2.5.6.59398 Open Beta

You're right - my update wasn't properly installed (I'm on Steam version). Now it works! 😀

This is AS INTENDED. While some users may want to see the piot body, a large majority ignore it. Therefore the majority won.

Isn't the purpose of the checkbox, in settings menu, to empower the minority to have the body present by default and not force anyone to have something they don't want?

Until certain features are added in, it makes it easier to have it off by default for startup. Both for the harrier and mirage. Once certain features are implemented then it will work as described. Right now its a placeholder.

Know and use all the capabilities in your airplane. If you don't, sooner or later, some guy who does use them all will kick your ass.
