Ka-50 cockpit

I've noticed on Ka-50 cockpit photos censored part on the left side of HUD.

DCS virtual cockpit doesn't have that thing at all, it is visible only on one photo taken from the outside.

It looks a bit like L-166 "Ispanka" steering panel, but it's hard to tell. Maybe it's similiar or newer system, any ideas? We can't see upper rear part of the aircraft, censored parts are also on the belly-something like two observation heads near main gear, what's that thing?
