I did have two days' ago a new serialnumber bought and by credit card pays.

Paying was successful validates.

To date I have no new serialnumber on my download section received.

The support team does not respond on my request via-E-Mail.

 

EDIT: Before I bought a new serial number I did have also contact to the "support@lockon.ru" with no response.

You sent three different requests to our support service in December. All of them was answered. And you have received nothing? I advice you to check your spam filters then.

 

I have just answered your last mail with a copy from my private mailbox. I hope it will get you.

 

offtopic.gifIn general the situation with all of these firewalls, security centers, spam filters is very funny to me. People intensively build walls around themselves to protect from each other. I can understand the principle when in reality you leave in some extreme places, like some of the Brazil suburbs. But in case of the computer security almost 99% of safety depends on user himself (including software settings) and bugs\holes in the code of his favorite programs. Someone spend money and computing resources to these surplus software which runs in kernel mode, interfere each other and greatly decreases total system stability (I've said about computing resources already).

I control my SPAM filter every day. I've only got confirming PROTX for my payment.

 

In my Downloadsection is up now, no new seralnumber appeared!

I don't know what to tell you. :D The last time I wrote to you from two different mailboxes. So I'm sure one of them will get you.

 

Concerning the domain of support service mailbox. May be it seems strange, but it is lockon.ru not eagle.ru

 

The mail passing problem itself is very strange. No failure notices at all. If the search for missed mails will fail, I think you should consider contacting your mailbox provider. I'm sure the mail is stuck in some spam filter. If it isn't in yours than in someone's else. The provider should know.
