Extract from zip then put ModManFX64.exe file somewhere on your harddrive

--> ie: <your drive>:\MODMANFX\ModManFX64.exe

that's all. Launch it. A blue Microsoft windows message will occur saying "Unknown product", just bypass...

it will automatically create its subfolder at first launch.

Hi Skypat, thanks for your time and efforts.

If I may, why did you choose creating your own project vs contributing to the OvGME codebase ?

And (linked question) what are the differences between ModManFX64 and OvGME (apart from the cool name, of course ^^) ?

I have just tried this in anger in prep for the new patch today, worked really well and helped me diagnose a few file overlaps thanks to "partial"!

a couple of feature requests:

would it be possible to add a custom name to the profile? I use this to manage the saved games folder as well.

select more than one mod at a time to apply?

add dependencies and exclusions, this mod and this other mod cannot work together, to use this mod you need this one?

many thanks

Have you downloaded and added any mods yet?

No not yet.

Its funny. The program opens everything works exept i dont have any of the add remove buttons on the right side of the screen. Im able to create zip files, chose path rename. It creats its own sub folders and game architecture. Just no way to move mods in and out...no buttons.

I wonder if im missing somthing like a java or web script?

no you have to install a mod in the folder structure ... just copy it there by hand

no you have to download the mods and place them in the Modmanfx folder structure then use modmanfx to mod the game directory
