[REPORTED]Carrier Delayed Activation with static unit desync single and multiplayer

If you have a carrier set to delayed activation with static units attached. the carrier will spawn but the static units will spawn inside the carrier sea level. track attached demonstrating. 60 second mark carrier spawns.

Workaround is simply spawning them backwards. Set carrier to late activation and vis. before activation. Then deactivate carrier group if you don't need it.
