With case 3 i see no option, in my case the A1 shot past me with about 2 -3 nm to go landed ahead of me which in turn forced me to overshoot since he was still on on the deck on rwy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

In Case I they can be with you till the break when you need to use the "Flight Kiss OFF" radio command.
