Engine turbine animation is still bugged

As the title reads, the turbine animation at the back of the engine is still bugged. It used to work correctly before patch 2.5.1.16978 Update 1 (May May 11th 2011 ). Works perfectly on AI controlled Mig though, but not when flown by the player.
