Could go either way with that. The Russian devs, ugra and octopus, both operate under strict radio silence, choosing not to engage the playerbase at all. I don't know if it's a linguistic thing, I haven't checked whether they're more active on the Russian forum, or if it's just the way they do business of showing little and saying even less.

I’m very satisfied with the Persian Gulf Map, so I will Initially pass up on this one, tough I will probably purchase it on a future sale if it is discounted.
