Power settings for takeoff, climb and cruise

Recommended Posts

I couldn't find power settings for climb and cruise in the P-47 included manual.

I had to look up a third part website but I do not know if this is accurate or not.

Does anyone know the power settings for takeoff, climb and cruise for the D-30?

Get the RL manual Voyager posted here...

...and check the last pages, you'll find all settings you ever need there.

Hi Art-J,

My Quick checklist is based on that exact manual. I got a real original copy of that manual dated of 25 January 1945, yep, my manual is 75 years old and if you go check the numbers, they are the same.

Go to page 29 and check the numbers.

All the best,

Sydy

as the war went on and the models changed, some numbers may be different, but like Sydy has said his stuff is from real manual. I have one coming paper back from amazon next week, i already have the pdf stuff aswell.

I suspect some things are hate to say it in early access state. But she is my number one girl.

In the manual for the D-30 posted by Voyager, it says that max continuous is 42" at 2550 rpm and that cruise and eng management is 35" at 2325 rpm. Yeah same The Milk Jug is my favourite plane of all time.
