TrackIR ISSUES

Hey all you TrackIR users. I have tried Naturalpoints support and can't find a fix to my problems as of late. My PC recently did an update where I have pretty much lost all functionality of TrackIR. So I either get the White screen (Program not responding) or it will freeze. I Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program with a new installer, scrubbed every instance of natural point and still same issues. The only thing I can do, EVERYTIME is go into users/roaming/trackir and delete the settings and other file that is created every time you start the app. I then have to re-select my profile na dbasically just do everything for the first time everytime. I am at a loss now on how to fix this and it seems so is naturalpoints software engineers as they cannot reproduce the problem. I've sent in copies of all the files both pre and post start, delete and on an on. Any advise they might not be thinking of?
