DCS Server menu unselectable.

When I open DCS (latest OB) and go to Multiplyer server list, all appears normal until the list popluates after a few seconds and then I see nothing but stuttering and I am unable to select a server to join or move my cursor around the screen.

 

Single player works fine, the problem has persisted over at least the last two updates despite cleaup and repair having been conducted.

 

I am aware that there is another similar thread to this but I am not sure if it is still live.
