ED Team BIGNEWY Posted July 2, 2020 ED Team Share Posted July 2, 2020 a track replay is always better. But dont worry to much we are aware of the issues with AI especially in dogfights and we are working improvements to BFM. thank you Forum rules - DCS Crashing? SilentSierra
I have a similar issue with this, but the AI flight leader finishes the attack orbiting forever the target waypoint. I created a mission with flights: CAP (4x F-14B), SEAD (4x F/A-18C), Pinpoint Strike (4x F/A-18C), Runway Attack (4x F-16C) and CAS (4x AV-8B). The flight leader of the Runway Attack (F-16C) and Pinpoint Strike (F/A-18C) finishes the attack and stay orbiting forever the target waypoint. The others flight elements return to the base, but the leaders don't. Best regards.AI flight leader is orbiting forever after strike.trkPG Operation Overlord - Mission 001 - Qeshm Island - Only AIs - Afternoon.miz CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D MOBO: Asus ROG STRIX B650E-E MEM: Kingston FURY Renegade 64GB DDR5 5200MHz SSD: Kingstone Fury Renegade NVME PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD 4TB GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX RTX 4090 OC CASE: Cooler Master TD500 Mesh WATER COOLER: Cooler Master Master Liquid ML360 Illusion HT: TrackIR 5 VR: HP Reverb G2 V2 HOTAS: TM HOTAS Warthog RUDDER: TPR Rudder Pedals GRIP: TM F/A-18C GRIP WHEELS: Logitech G27 OS: Win 11 Pro SIMS: DCS World, Falcon BMS, IL-2 Sturmovik, MSFS2020, Arma 3, Assetto Corsa. discwalker
same loopz for me: april 11 When AI Tomcat was on the groove I landed my Hornet, result: Just disturbing (fly under) AI on the groove is not enough for looping. (For me AI just done today a wave off.) (I have a long tack for 2.5.6.45915 only, not replayable with latest) I have a highly edited scene, for someone is good at arrival timing. Maybe we can pump up the number for landing AIs for greater chance.for_f14a_looping.miz GTX 1070 8GB, 16GB DDR3, W8.1 on SSD, DCS on another SSD
