Viggen radios and Mission Editor

Simple question really, how do I make frequencies show up on the knee board under "Groups"? In a mission I just made, one unit (a heli) shows up as 1-1 but not the AWACS for example. Anyone?

To clarify, I have set freqs for various aircrafts and have special 1,2 and 3 set but I'd like to be able to use the group selector as well.

Thanks!

I believe it is, yes. I'll take a look and confirm after shift :)

The pre-set channels are set on spawn of the aircraft in DCS. I don’t think it’s possible for the pilot to change them (ie after take off) in the real aircraft. Maybe you can work around it by having the AWACS activate but have some kind of holding waypoint?

There will always be bugs. If everything is a priority nothing is.

I see. I changed the Awacs from late activation (mission starts via the F10 menu, basically a bunch of units are activated when a flag is made true), to a cold start from ramp. This changed nothing so I put him in the air, still not showing up in the knee board.

Then I decided to make a new mission just to test. I put a Viggen on the ground and an E3-A in the air and now it works.

Guess something is messed up in the mission I was making.
