The woman is of course disturbed beyond words, comes out of the parlor, and sees a young boy about to be hit by a tram. "Well, maybe I'll kill millions, but I will at least save this one!" says she to herself and runs towards the boy. She pushes him out of the track at the last moment, saving his life and dying under the tram herself. People start gathering around the scene, including a policeman.
