_Spad_ Posted October 7, 2020 Share Posted October 7, 2020 Hi, On mission 9, where you fly CAS for a SEAL team, one of the first tasks is to destroy a ZSU parked on the road. I rolled in to fire my Maverick and I got an abort call - something about being on the wrong heading and approved for reattack. Problem is, I don't know what heading I was meant to be on?? Therefore my mission was stuck and I couldn't ask the JTAC to re-read the heading so I could re-attack. I ended up having to quit the mission. Could text be added to the pop up message to show what heading to fly for re-attack? noisy_lightning Posted October 8, 2020 Share Posted October 8, 2020 I am rubbish at visualising stuff like this so I program a WP into the HSI and then use the CRS and set it to what I am told for the attack run direction. Not sure if you can set a CRS on a Mark Point now we have them? If so that would make it easier, drop a MKPT on the vehicle then set the CRS.
