Has there been a FM update?

I could swear that after the last update, the gaz FM changed. I thought it was my imagination, since I could find no info about it on the forums or update description.

 

 

Then, someone on a multiplayer server said there was indeed a change...? He said it was something about trying tech from the Kiowa.

 

 

Honestly, it just feels sluggish and overall much worse. Will someone please fill me in here?

No, there is no updates in FM for now. Any changes may have relation with something changed user side. Did you turn on FFB maybe?
