So if you want to keep everything keep 2.5.6, On 2.7 for us, we have updated all our mods. You will still have to install the new versions on 2.7. Helicopter mods for the moment no longer work. Alors si tu veux tout conserver garde la 2.5.6, Sur la 2.7 pour ce qui nous concerne, on a réactualisé tout nos mods. Il faudra quand même installer les nouvelles versions sur la 2.7. Patrick56 Posted July 13, 2021 Author Share Posted July 13, 2021 GOOD MORNING ALL We have some explanations to give you, a lot of people have contacted us in order to collaborate with them to exchange ideas where skills to improve our respective mods, where we ask why we do not use standalone mod for our planes. All first of all sorry for not having answered earlier to everyone. There are several explanations for this state of affairs. First of all, of course any help to improve the planes is welcome, moreover that's what we strive to do every time as the opportunity presents itself. Now to understand why we are feverish at the idea of joining other projects, it is either that it goes beyond our skills, or that the language barrier handicaps us. The reason that allows us to work quickly and keep Keeping all of our mods up to date is to only depend on a small number of people. (FILL AND SUSHY for example). Now we are aware that the evolution will surely go through the standalone mod, but we also know that DCS has a considerable lead in what concerns all avionics and weapon systems. What the stand-alone Mod will allow one day, surely, but in how long? That said the day when there will be only autonomous mods it will necessarily require dll specialists. Thank you all for your attention. BONJOUR A TOUS On a quelques explications a vous donner, pas mal de personnes nous ont contacté en vue de collaborer avec eux pour échanger des idées où des compétences en vue d'améliorer nos mods respectifs, où nous demande pourquoi on utilise pas de mod autonome pour nos avions. Tout d'abord désolé de ne pas avoir répondu plus tôt à tout le monde. IL y a plusieurs explications a cette état de faite. Premièrement, bien évidemment tout aide pour améliorer les avions est là bien venue, du reste c'est ce que nous nous efforçons de faire chaque fois que l'occasion se présente. Maintenant pour comprendre pourquoi on est fébril à l'idée de s'associer à d'autres projets, c'est soit que cela va au delàs de nos compétences, soit que la barrière de la langue nous handicape. La raison qui nous permet de travailler vite et de garder a jour tous nos mods, c'est de ne dépendre que d'un petit nombre de personnes.(FILL ET SUSHY par exemple). Maintenant nous sommes conscient que l'évolution passera sûrement par le mod autonome, mais nous savons aussi que DCS a une avance considérable en ce qui concerne tous les systèmes d'avionique et d'armements. Ce que le Mod autonome permettra un jour, sûrement, mais dans combien de temps? Ceci dit le jour où il n'y aura que des mods autonomes il faudra obligatoirement des spécialistes de dll. Nevertheless, your outstanding Mods (Rafale, SEM, Clemenceau, Charles de Gaulle, etc) are praised by a large community of users, because they fill a huge gap in the aircaft and ships available in DCS. Also, we all users of your excellent Mods need that you continue your hard work in order to provide those outstanding ships and aircraft, even if they are not fully self-contained. Many thanks also to Fill and Sushy, who provide their excellent contributions to your work. Altogether, there exist a strong, large and enthusiastic community of users that are unanymously very satisfied with your amazing additions to DCS. Many thanks to you.
