Mirage F.1 did a lot of job in the Middle East, but on the Iraqi side against Iran, Turkey, US and later Desert Storm. Libya used them also in combat. New modules you will usually have at least a ~3 month warning before they drop. At this point the earliest I'd expect the F1 is very late November or December. And thats the optimistic date.
