When you get a primary target in TWS and you change the radar representation with bullseye activated, the bullseye values change (sometimes huge change)

They should be the target bullseye constanly

I haven't checked it in a while, but this cannot be correct. BRA and BULLS of the TDC or L&S are absolute quantities and display scales should not affect the readings at all. This would defeat the whole purpose of them.
