Clairv0yant
I am currently learning the Viggen and have recently been doing rocket attacks on a multiplayer server. Target altitude is at 1765m QNH 1010.13 QFE=1010.13-1765/9.3 =820.3 This value is too high for the altimeter, am i doing something wrong or is this a limitation of the aircraft? QuiGon
1765m is a rather high, especially for a country like Sweden, that only has some mountains on its west side, where combat wasn't to be expected. Intel i7-12700K @ 8x5GHz+4x3.8GHz + 32 GB DDR5 RAM + Nvidia Geforce RTX 2080 (8 GB VRAM) + M.2 SSD + Windows 10 64Bit DCS Panavia Tornado (IDS) really needs to be a thing! MYSE1234
If I understand this problem correctly. 500 is the lowest value you can set on the altimeter, so 820,3 shouldn't be a problem to dial in. TLTeo
You don't need QFE for rocket attacks if you use radar ranging anyway.
Clairv0yant
Thanks for the help, I think I had the decimal in the wrong place on the so I was trying to dial on 8203 rather than
