I have created a 3DSMAX model,and rotate it for align coordinate axis of LockOn game.After export to LOM file,I found it is the old axis yet. It seem we must align axis before begin create model in 3DSMAX,and can't rotate the model after complete it.Is it so? Thank you. OldCrow Posted June 20, 2008 Posted June 20, 2008 hello, Its possible to rotate the model after creating it, no problem. I have done this a cuple of times and it worked like a charm. The X-axis should be pointing towards the nose of the plane, and the Z-axis from bottom to top. You have to rotate the whole model, so changing the pivot point wont help. Origo will act like Center of Gravity on your model. Also to be on the safe side, check if your unit setup is set to 1 unit = 1 meters.
