Take Off and Wheels

Most of the time as I take off, my tyres burst. I can't find the correct speed for rotating. Sometimes they burst because (I am assuming) I am going too fast, other times (assuming again) I rotate too early and there's too much weight on rear wheels.

Any suggestions?

Takeoff speed somewhere between 150 and 180/200kts.

How fast were you going?

Excactly there. Between 180 and 200. But I tried with same average success with both lower and higher speed

In my experience you bust you're tires when rotating too late, never when rotating too early. I always rotate as soon as I can (110-120knots) and never bust a tire.

I never had my nose go up at that speed

Well... I may be wrong, I can't try right now. But anyway, just a simple test, try to take off with the bar pulled since the beginning, just to see the rotating speed. 180 is way too much anyway.

Also, of course the payload will matter: how much weight are you carrying?

2xmagic, 2xmatra, fuel tank and 4 mk82. But it's not exceeding weight limit

That's what I mostly use, but I had this issue even without mk82

Rotation speed is of course depending on your total weight.

In a light configuration (slick) it can be as low as 120kt.

With a central tank and full weapons, around 130kt.

With 2 tanks, and magics, 145kt is OK.

With 2 tanks, magics and 4 Mk82 take 150.

Beware, maximum speed for nose wheel is 156kt.

Your are close to the limit at maximum take off weight.

I have found that 140-160 is my rotate speed depending on my load.  If I am heavy it is usually 160.  If I am light it's 140.

And I am wheels off the ground at 180-190kts in most cases.
