Track Files and viewing?

Hello, is there a way to view flights like a "Track File" with out watching the entire flight in real time?   Also what is the best app for recording flights?

no, but you can fast foward to skip the boring parts after clicking the View Replay button at the end of the flight, I think it won't break the track file

Don't exceed 4x Fast Forward, as it greatly increases the probability that the track will not play well. Here is a great Tutorial on this:

I use nVidia's GeForce Experience to record my viewpoint, and TacView to analyze the mission development.
