[NO BUG]Option to not have 82 degree nozzle 'notch'

I get this was probably added to help people using a keyboard or a not very accurate analog lever but it's reduced the enjoyment for users with decent analog inputs. I thought my Warthog throttle was failing until I tried the analog throttle on my VKB Gladiator and saw it present there too.

A special option in the settings should be made for this.

I do like the feature as I can almost without looking use example TM TWS axis knob.

It requires little checking because it is a knob without a physical indicator at what position it is like a lever would have. I have considered to install temporal small bar or other indicator for the angle. But not so much need because that slight "auto-set" for 82 degree position.

But I totally understand that when having a longer lever and high resolution, that becomes a annoyance.
