Updated mission generator defaults for airspeeds

I noticed that the default airspeed created by the mission generator for Vipers is fairly low.  Creating new flights with the menu results in a more realistic airspeed, so heads up if you are creating new missions.   You may want to add the flights by hand until this gets updated.
