RealDCSpilot Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 MP session, i'm the pilot: F-14B drops snake eye and AIR in high drag mode, F-14A drops both in low drag, like standard Mk 82. i9 13900K @5.5GHz, Z790 Gigabyte Aorus Master, RTX4090 Waterforce, 64 GB DDR5 @5600, PSVR2, Pico 4 Ultra, HOTAS & Rudder: all Virpil with Rhino FFB base made by VPforce, DCS: all modules
Spurts Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 Just going to ask the obvious, are you 100% sure the Fuze is set for N/T in both situations? 1
Skysurfer Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 I just dropped snakes from the 14A a few days ago, worked just fine. Make sure your fuze is set.
RealDCSpilot Posted February 15, 2021 Author Posted February 15, 2021 Thanks for the hint. I'm pretty sure i've tested all options, but i will test again. i9 13900K @5.5GHz, Z790 Gigabyte Aorus Master, RTX4090 Waterforce, 64 GB DDR5 @5600, PSVR2, Pico 4 Ultra, HOTAS & Rudder: all Virpil with Rhino FFB base made by VPforce, DCS: all modules
Skysurfer Posted February 15, 2021 Posted February 15, 2021 N/T fuze, Mk82H (high drag), ripple and quantity is whatever. Be at around 500' 500knots and drop on the pipper.
RealDCSpilot Posted February 16, 2021 Author Posted February 16, 2021 Ah nice. Thanks guys, it really was the fuze setting, must have messed around with it when i was first testing high drag bombs. 1 i9 13900K @5.5GHz, Z790 Gigabyte Aorus Master, RTX4090 Waterforce, 64 GB DDR5 @5600, PSVR2, Pico 4 Ultra, HOTAS & Rudder: all Virpil with Rhino FFB base made by VPforce, DCS: all modules
