F18 radar problem - impossible speed for up to 3-4

When F18's A2A radar(tws mode) establish a target's trackfile for the first time. There is a significant chance that the contact would stuck at a impossible speed for up to 3-4 seconds.When memory time is set to 2 it even fail to bug the target(switch to tws auto).1.png

Additional:This bug appeared after hornet's gmt and aspj update.
It's been there before that. I remember seeing it a few times in the past. Maybe it's more common now.

been like that forever. Id speculate its lag causing jumps in speed due to the extrapolation but just a guess.
