dresoccer4 Posted March 9, 2021 Posted March 9, 2021 Looking in Chuck's guide I don't see any descriptions for the BCN, WA, or TA radar modes. Can someone point me in the right direction on a description of what they are and how to use them? Thanks Acer Predator Triton 700 || i7-7700HQ || 512GB SSD || 32GB RAM || GTX1080 Max-Q || FFB II and Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle || All DCS Modules
Mustang25 Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 TA is terrain avoidance mode and it was only recently added in the last patch. I don't remember which thread it was exactly but you should be able to search for it in this forum and find the recent thread on how it works. I don't believe BCN and WA modes are implemented.
J20Stronk Posted March 10, 2021 Posted March 10, 2021 BCN is air beacon, and I don't think we'll get that for a while, if at all. Not sure what it's used for. WA is Weather Avoidance, and we will be getting that after the new weather system and clouds are added to DCS. 2
