I will try my best to produce a short track of this issue later today, but here's a description of it:

 

Using the 'no tracers' rounds in MP, will cause the following:

 

1. I will not see tracers at all when I shoot the gun (which is correct)

2. Other players will see my rounds as tracer rounds (which is not correct)
