Super-fast civilian vehicle

I randomly noticed this while playing a mission.

There is a civilian vehicle on the highway northwest of Furaijah, which travels at comical speeds.

This track file contains positioning the camera on the highway so that it can be visible. It takes a bit of time for it to spawn, so be patient. Dont speed up time or youll miss it.

Cut video:

It drives like this up and down on the highway, in both directions.

I expected Veyron but it's 18-wheeler going like 3M 😄

EDIT: I followed one. It was driving 1400kts and then started to slow down in the city back to normal after a few streets and corners.
