There is a civilian vehicle on the highway northwest of Furaijah, which travels at comical speeds. This track file contains positioning the camera on the highway so that it can be visible. It takes a bit of time for it to spawn, so be patient. It was driving 1400kts and then started to slow down in the city back to normal after a few streets and corners.
