Here's a new page I'm planning to add to the kneeboards in the coming days.
If anyone have any notes or corrections: I'm all ears (here or via PM).

Looks awesome as far as I can tell! I don't know if it's important enough to squeeze in, but only the lead would report base, wingmen would only report "Dash 2, Gear" - At least, this is what I've been told by a USN F-18 pilot, it probably changes based on field/branch/country/etc.

Heard that during a non-USN approach as well. Definitely worth including, thanks!

If you still need that HAFU helper, you can have this instead.

Can you provide the HAFU page as .PNG, please, or re-add it into your great kneeboard suite?

11 February 2022
- Ordnance page reworked: ordnance weight added, HAFU helper replaced with BRA helper.

P.S. If you still need that HAFU helper, you can have this instead. Made it for personal use a while ago, so can't guarantee it's 100% correct.

This looks nice, but the upper HAFU part is always from onboard sensors. The lower HAFU part is always from offboard contributions. The HAFU halves themselves don't have upper/lower colors, the color of the entire HAFU depends on the ROE matrix (in DCS, two separate non-friendly confirmations or set to Hostile via PLID).

Ouch, this is embarrassing 😅

I made that "anatomy" part years ago, likely based on the hoggitworld's data, and then just blindly copy&pasted it into this kneeboard.

As for the colors, it means that if you have a friendly (or hostile) onboard track, the whole HAFU will be green (or red) regardless of the offboard status. Meaning, you won't see this in DCS (or so I think):

I removed both images, and will rework them when time permits. Thanks for reporting this!

Hi, sorry for taking so long to reply. Yes, you normally won't see those HAFUs, at least in DCS.

If your mission computer classifies the track as friendly, then the top will be a semi circle, the bottom can be whatever and the entire HAFU will be all green (example, you IFF interrogate an unknown aircraft, your wingman does not - top is semi circle, bottom is square, green HAFU).

If the MC classifies it as hostile, the top will be diamond, the bottom whatever, the HAFU will be all red (example, you IFF+NCTR a hostile aircraft, your wingman PLIDs it as friendly on their SA - top is diamond, bottom is semi circle, red HAFU).

No worries! There hasn't been that much to update. The procedure itself remains correct as is, I merely removed a few Supercarrier-related remarks.
