Ground crew visible and doing things

I want the ground crew to be visible and connect the generators and ground air, a fuel truck with crew plugging a hose etc. I want to see the ground chief.

I even want to have a crewed pushback when parking, if that even is a thing on these fighters.

At one time they said they will consider it. Obviously after the plethora of other animations they need to do. I would love to see that one day. \
