The_Chugster Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 Running the update checker and it keeps saying 2.5.6 is the latest version
lcabc888 Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 You need to be in OPENBETA to get this. Not stable
lcabc888 Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 probably after 1-2 months or something lol I recommend you to switch to ob because you can get updates quicker and there are more servers 1
The_Chugster Posted April 15, 2021 Author Posted April 15, 2021 Should i uninstall the stable version first or will having it make installing OB quicker?
Lange_666 Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 If you have room for both, keep both. If something breaks seriously in a future open beta update, you still can revert back to the stable version in a jiffy. You can just copy an entire stable version and make an open beta out of it. Then for upgrading to open beta, just use this: It just give you update and launch control to any version you have installed. Best tool available!! dbunger Posted April 15, 2021 Posted April 15, 2021 (edited) I had the same problem, there is a handy program that lets you go from 2.5.6 to 2.7 OB. "DCS Updater Utility.exe". Worked great for me."
