ILS broken with the new cloud setting ?

Persian Gulf / Plane F-16

al dhafra airport. rnwy. 310. day and night.  (overcast rain 3) no working

 

Normal weather all ok. 

btw. f10 map freq's are wrong...they are ok in ME.

Same here with Nellis AFB. ILS doesnt work for me with overcast rain 3

In zero wind situation the ATC assigns runway is 13L. But the active ILS system is for 31R on 109.1 MHz. Other three ILS system are inactive.

In condition where wind is 4m/s 128 (to) then ATC assigns runway 31R but active ILS system is for 13L on 111.1 MHz. Other three ILS system are inactive.

This is the same regardless of cloud preset.

Basically ATC is assigning runway sensibly (13L calm wind, 31R if required) but ILS is backward (31R active calm wind, 13L active if wind favors 31R). The F10 and A-10C FLD INFO are backward showing 13 having 31's frequency and vice versa.

 

What's weird is I get a faint ident on 109.9 MHz which belongs to Bandar Abbas Int'l RWY21 380km away.

I saw similar things. 

Tried to navigate via tacan in imc , Got to the airport but not the runway
