Yes, you can turn off the cockpit 3D model at any point in-game. You will then have a kind of "HUD-only" view, with the addition of the overhead caution lights presented at the top of the screen, the Shkval display on the bottom left and the ABRIS display on the buttom right. Heck, I bet it is nice for movie making. On that note, if I wanted, could I take out the abris and the shval tv so I just have the "no cockpit view"?
