Cold start - mission 3

Hi guys; having a issue how to start up, i start the engine and let it run up to 92RPM, before I just used to move my throttle from the idle position for the engine to kick in. I am flying the sky warrior campaign on mission 3 (cold start) and when I try to move my throttle nothing happens??? I have tried to click the throttle control lever with the mouse too and still nothing ? Also tried to release the parking brake and the throttle moves forward and aft but the engine does not run up past 92RPM?  Do you guys have any ideas ThankS

 

Update - done a test on free flight and no issues starting up. Engine runs up past 92RPM when moving my throttle fed from idle. Could this be a potential bug maybe ?
