Brazil is indeed becoming a regional power. It does not depend on oil imports either. Current financial problem shaking western democracies is not as pronounced in Brazil either. Now is the time to share investment in military technology with Brazil. This is a very good move from Russians.

yeah but they need to invest in ways of replacing their oil dependency, not like venezuela which is buying toys for the military and giving away money to the countries that follow them.

 

what is going to happen when they run out of oil?
